New eyes!

I got the new veined eyes today in the mail! They look a lot more realistic! Now I just got to use sealer on this guy and glue his new eyes in and dress him and he is ready to sell!

Little work today

I didn't get much work done today on the puppets. Last night we got the call that one of my aunts is not going to be around long so they are calling the family in for final goodbyes. I just got home and have to head out for church in less than 2 hours.. Maybe tomorrow I will get slappy jr done!

He's almost done!

I started this guy at the same time as the blue super hero but someone bought the super hero so I threw all my concentration on the bought one! Yesterday and today I worked on this guy  off and on and now the only thing I have to do is magic sculpt the hand control on and set up the string and spring for the inner mechanics ( a couple more coats of paint of course), then the sealer for the head and hands; and then put his hands and arms together and put them and the legs on the body then dress him. So about a day or two and he's ready to sell! I will also make a video of him for YouTube for everyone to see him live in action the same day he is on eBay!

Pants!

I'm also starting to make clothes! For now here is a set of the pants!

New stuff going on eBay

Here is one of the bodies I made with padding on the shoulders so it don't look so flat! It's a size 2 body. The third picture shows all the inner body and how padded it is! I always like to extra pad and also cover most the wood to prevent any splinters!

The super hero is ready to mail!

I finished the super hero for his new owner in California but I discover today that the post office won't be open until Tuesday!

Almost there with super speed!

I've been working a lot to get this super hero done! I just got to paint him, then use sealer 3x's to ensure good quality, put the padding and cloth on the body and arms and legs then the super hero suit and he's ready to fly to California to his new owner!

Super Hero sold today!

I woke up to a great day so far! The super hero is being finished up quickly and will be shipped out Monday to a buyer in California! It would be sooner but I still have to finish magic sculpting the eyes in then let that dry, then the paint job! Post office is closed Sundays so Monday he will be on his way!

More progress!!!

This guy got his body most the way done, mouth magic sculpted in, rods for inner mechanics, and the springs on the eyes with magic sculpt! 2 more days and he will be ready to sell! Then I can start on the other 3 heads then hopefully finish the sculpting for the 2 new ones and get the mother molding process started! Wish me luck!

Progress!!!

I've got his body started, mouth magic sculpted in, and rods for inner mechanics and the springs magic sculpted on the eyes! Another day or two and he will be completely done and ready to sell!

Molding latex is here!

I finally got the molding latex to start the molding process for the 2 new puppets! Now if only they were finished with the sculpting and was ready to be molded! I need one of the red easy buttons that you push and its immediately done for you!

Here is the Blue Super Hero with his new set of eyes before they are painted and with the irises to help center them ! It's all down hill from here!

Nothing really got done the last two days

Well yesterday and today was a non eventful days. I had a miagrane yesterday and today I had church and tomorrow is church also. I did get my rubber molding latex to start working on the 2 new puppets when I finish sculpting them both! I also have to work on getting them 5 heads done and the inner mechanics (eyes, mouths, brass rods, etc). I will take pictures as I'm working on them to show the progress!

New puppets coming soon!

I have been thinking about some new puppets that I'm going to make! They are in the process of being sculpted in the clay. One is going to be a super villain for the blue super hero that is already made and the other one I'm thinking about make Penny Wise The Clown from the movie IT! Not too sure how well that ones going to work out! Please give me some feedback on you thoughts! Also if you want to see a certain puppet made let me know and I will give it a try!

New puppets!

I have gotten the three new puppets out and they are on ebay right now that I last wrote about! I decided to start an Ebay store and sell the puppets that way instead of starting a web site! I do have several more puppets that I am working on right now. One is another super villain style since I have the Blue Super Hero so I thought he needed a nemesis to go with him; the other one is going to be an African American puppet since there isn't very many out there today! All this month I am selling the puppets at $250 instead of $350 like usual.

If you decide to buy 3 or more I will sell to you at a discounted price again! I will take 10% off! Starting next month I will be putting the puppets back up to $350 but will be having the sale of free shipping along with the 10% off if you buy 3 or more.
